How to Apply

You can obtain DTS application forms in 3 ways:

- Request it by mail or email ( dts@ywamlasvegas.org )
- The fastest way is right here on our Web site!

Please note: Husbands and wives enrolling as students must complete separate applications.

Follow These Steps

Step 1. Submit your online Application Form.

Step 2. Print & give the following forms:
- One (1) Pastor’s Reference Form (to give to your pastor).
- Two (2) General Reference Forms (to give to your leader and friend).
Ask each reference to complete the form and mail it directly to YWAM Las Vegas. Provide for them a stamped and addressed envelope. Please list their names, addresses and phone #’s on your Application Form.

Step 3. Print & fill out the Health Form.

Step 4. Print & fill out the Consent Form.

Step 5. Include 2 passport size photos.

Step 6. Include Registration Fee of $35.

Step 8. Visas for non-US citizens. Upon acceptance into the DTS, YWAM will issue a letter of invitation for you to present to the embassy or consulate in your country to aid you in your application for a USA Visa. DTS students are to apply for a B1 or B2 visa. Our letter leaves the decision up to the officiating consulate for final determination. You should begin looking into the requirements for these visas as soon as possible. The process can take up to 6 weeks after you’ve been accepted to the school. Do not apply for your Visa until you receive your official acceptence letter and the letter of invitation from the DTS Registrar’s Office. You cannot be approved for a Visa without it.
